The Challenge

The processor needed a dicing machine that would handle boneless chicken breast straight from the injection line, push out at least 1.5 tons per day, and deliver uniform 15 mm cubes for their frozen ready-meal packs. It also had to fit through a 900 mm doorway and survive daily high-pressure wash-down.
