A turnkey meat processor wanted to launch a fully automated boneless-cube product line for retail ready-meals. They needed a single supplier who could deliver an integrated line – bone saw, deboning, slicer, dicer, weighing, and packaging – that took raw carcass in and shipped vacuum-packed cubes out.
The Challenge
The line had to deliver 1 ton of finished cubes per shift, meet HACCP and CE requirements, and fit inside a 35 m x 8 m greenfield production hall. The processor also wanted a single point of accountability for commissioning and after-sales support.
The Solution
We delivered a turnkey meat processing line anchored by a heavy-duty band saw, a fresh meat slicer, an automated dicing machine, a multi-head weigher, and a vacuum-packaging station – all wired through a central PLC and dashboard that the plant manager monitors from his phone.
